We sell digital products such as accounts, tools, and virtual items. Some accounts may not fully comply with third-party platform or game Terms of Service, and as a result, there may be a risk of restrictions, including temporary or permanent bans.
We are not responsible for any actions taken by external platforms.

3. Warranty & Support (IMPORTANT)

We offer a 30-minute warranty starting from the moment your account is delivered.

If you experience any issues, you must:

• Open a support ticket within 30 minutes of delivery

After this time window, we may no longer be able to offer replacement or support.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

• The product is not delivered, or
• The product is non-functional at the time of delivery and reported within the 30-minute warranty period

After this period, refunds are not available.

5. Discretionary Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or deny refunds at our discretion in order to protect our store, systems, and customers.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet their needs and are compatible with their intended use. We are not liable for issues caused by misuse, incorrect setup, or violations of third-party platform rules.
